Strandz Policy's
Shipping Policy
On Average shipping takes 3 – 5 business days. Please allow up
to three business days for processing and inspections (Give your order time to
clear). Weekends and Holidays are excluded. (Example: If you order on Monday, your order will be shipped between Wednesday
and Thursday). We do NOT
process and/ or ship orders the same day. We will email you a tracking
number once your order is cleared. Once your order has shipped it will be delivered
within 3-5 business days.
Return / Exchange Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. Contact us via
email or telephone, so that the order can be cancelled before the order goes
into processing. If your order is already processing or has been shipped,
you are no longer able to cancel it.
If you do not contact us in time to cancel your order, you may
still exchange it, once you receive it, as long as the Exchange Policy has been
followed.
(NOTE: Fees such as additional shipping charges, duties,
customs, overdraft, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will
NOT reimbursed by Strandz Hair Co.)
Return policy?
Due to the nature of the hair industry, all-sales of hair is FINAL.
At no time will we refund any item purchased through our website or in person.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us via email or phone as soon as you receive
your items. We will provide you with options so that you can return the item
for an exchange. Once we receive the item(s) and inspect the item(s) we will
exchange them within 3-5 days of verified inspection or when your replacement
item(s) is available for shipment. Customer will be notified via email when
items(s) have been accepted or rejected for exchange.
Exchange policy?
ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY: Due to hygienic reasons
we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. An exchange
must be claimed with 24 hours of delivery.
How do I complete an online exchange?
You must contact us first via StrandzHair.co within the 24 hour
exchange Period. All Strandz Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened, in
its original packaging and the packaging must not be broken or defaced in any
way or a return will not be issued. Items will be inspected to see if you
qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of
my exchange?
Strandz Hair Co. is NOT
responsible for shipping costs on exchange items. You are responsible for all
return shipping costs (unless there was a fault on the behalf of Strandz Hair
Co.) we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as we WILL NOT be responsible for lost
returns.
When will I receive my exchange?
A new order will be shipped after we have received and inspected
that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of its original
packaging.
Strandz Hair Co. is Non-Returnable/
Exchangeable if opened?
All sales on hair is FINAL. Given the fact you request or
qualify for an exchange (See our Return/ Exchange Policy). Human hair
extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and
public safety serious and DO NOT
allow open items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
